Yeah ik Japan has a great history in this sport, but their current team is the greatest they have in its entire history, capable of achieving great victories and competing with the "giants" that, until then, they were unable to keep up with.
@@blueiron_yt just luck and weak competition at Asia, even in VNL they played against the weakest team in the Quarter Finals and semifinals however the other side was France, Brazil 🇧🇷, Poland 🇵🇱 and Italy 🇮🇹, they crushed each other, and as you can see the final against France was one side game, France 🇫🇷 did not even played that hard to crush them!

Besides, I've read comments of other japanese fans who say he should stay with the team because he's going to retire.
I don't like countries that don't have manners. The French team doesn't have manners when playing volleyball 7.33 minutes The French team's blocker looked at the opposing team's face, his manners deteriorating.

Of course I don't know for sure, but I think if Ran Takahashi played Japan they might have a chance, if they still lost, at least they would play 5 tight sets. If Ran plays of course there are 2 possibilities, Japan could win or Japan could still lose but maybe they will play 5 sets. Yes, I agree that France also plays without ngapeth, so if Ngapeth plays, I think this team is quite balanced. France's block is extraordinary, on the other hand, Japan's receiving is quite bad here so that sekita can't give a good pass, I also saw that sekita was confused about who to pass to, where Ishikawa was always blocked but it seemed that Sekita felt there was no one else he could give a pass to other than Ishikawa. I also wonder why Nishida was pulled out even though he has the highest efficiency. Regardless, France played very very well, and Japan tried their best to provide their resistance. Its just my opinion ok

U can see the disappointment in team japans faces but i am still so proud of them. They werent very lucky today and couldnt capitalize on crucial breakpoint opportunities. No matter the outcome, will still keep on rooting for 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵.
@@Hour882Dieits hard when you are competing against physically superior players. But to say that japan is far away from france's or Poland's level is a bit condescending. They reached the finals this year. They cannot be that far off from these teams in terms of capability to win. In any case i am here to celebrate japan's achievements despite the odds stacked against them. They made me love the sport of volleyball all over again.
@@drjowjow Japan are more than capable. All of the sets here were incredibly close. They lost 23-25 *three* times. Last year bronze, this year silver - they're only getting better

As a french I was rooting for Japan this time. France already won VNL once 😂 I love both teams so it's tough to choose, but Japan improved so much in the last years. Their players are still very young and lack that little bit of experience an older team like France has. But it's only a matter of time before they get at their peak, they're already one of the best teams in the world. France was kinda mid this season, I really hope they're gonna defend their title in Paris. A Japan vs France rematch in finals would be everything I could hope for. Strangely, each time i watch a game and root for 1 team, the other team wins. When i don't watch the game, my fav team wins. It's the Schrodinger's match, the issue is different wether you watch it or not, am I the only one with this feeling ? 🤣 So technically, since I root for both Japan and France, will both team lose or win if I watch it hmm ?
Though Japan got the Silver medal but we can’t deny the fact that the mens VNL was worth watching especially when Japan is playing. They made us feel excited and they even made a lot of surprises during their game. Rooting for them this coming Paris Olympics❤

I admire the level of competition of both teams, but it is so amazing how France manages to stop the speed and pace of the Japanese team. That's what I was saying, Miyamura just doesn't have the firepower to get through that defense, they were sorely missing offensive power with Ran injured, and benching arguably your best offensive player is not the move you want to make to win games.
nishida attack always will got a point. its a mistake to bench nishida i think. i barely see nsihida spike get block by france. and same with ishikawa. for sure its far from his best perfomance. many his spike got shut down by the france blocker and sekita still toss to him. i think japan will learn their lesson on this match.
Their scores difference is not that far. The game was intense and I was screaming at 2 to 3 am 💀. Both teams fought so well. Honestly, I was rooting for Japan to win the gold medal. They won the bronze medal last year, and are now silver. Hoping for a gold next year....MANIFESTING!!!🫶 Anyway, I am still satisfied with the outcome. A biggest congratulations to Team France for winning this year🎉👏 Next stop: Paris 2024 Olympics

France has a lot of pressure now heading to Paris Olympics - VNL 2024 Champions and Tokyo Olympics Champions. They really did turn things around, from starting the tournament in a not so good fashion and now winning the championships. Great morale boost to them come the Paris Olympics. Ja mam wrażenie że Francją to zespół który ma zawsze luz i nie przejmuje się za bardzo. Tak sobie grają zawsze jakby w podwórkowych zawodach nie tylko w VNL Najpierw słabo a potem kluczowe mecze wygrywają. Włosi i Polacy bardziej są zdenerwowani i zawsze pod większą presją. To moje wrażenie.
Bravo les français quel remontée spectaculaire dans deux matchs inespérés contre l'italie et la Pologne. Et très bon match contre le japon (mon équipe numéro 2). C'est vraiment de très bon augure pour paris.Hâte de vous voir à Paris!
