We recently went on a spontaneous weekend trip to see Mt. Fuji! Seeing Mount Fuji this close and without anyone else blocking the view is a rare experience. The fried chicken & co. looked really appetizing. Liked your choice of souvenirs. It was interesting to take a glimpse of a Seven 11. (The logo appeared in another vlog.) THX for taking me along. :)

I am so picky with my Japan bloggers even though there are so many amazing ones, I just have a short attention span haha but your vlogs I watch all the way through! Was at Kawaguchiko just last week for Sakura full bloom. Also, an FYI to anyone heading there. FujiQ Highland is free to enter. You can pay for an all day pass like Disney, Universal etc, or do a pay to play style like a carnival and pay for individual rides/attractions. One last note, I would suggest an overnighter here like Jeff and Mel’s video mentions. A day trip is possible, but you can really only cover the Pagoda and one smaller side quest. I did three nights because of Sakura full bloom and hit up all the Sakura places from the Pagoda and a few other spots and included a day at fujiq.

We booked tickets via the Fujikyu Bus website (you can Google 富士急バス株式会社 and then translate the website). The local restaurant where we ate dinner was called Yoshida (Address: 1 Chome-9-3 Matsuyama, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0016, Japan) Hope this helps! ☺️

The best way is probably to rent bikes to explore the area. Alternatively you can take the local train to Shimoyoshida station and walk from there!

I think it got up to 18°C in the daytime, and a little below 10°C in the evenings. Since it was quite sunny, we actually got kinda sweaty during the day haha.

What an unnecessary comment, seems you have a preference. I suggest you watch “silent travel vlogs” or “aesthetic vlogs” instead. Her vlog is a very informative, which is useful for us who has never been to Yamanashi.

Horrible feedback 😂 as someone who studies content creation and social media there are many vlog styles and they are all necessary. Their personality is perfect for talking vlogs, very entertaining. Go watch those who do silent vlogs instead of expecting all to do the same thing.
