There was nothing like this performed before in the history of figure skating and there will never be. Yuzuru Hanyu is a living legend.

今見ても本当に上手い。一蹴りで気持ちよい程伸びのあるスケーティング、爽快なデカくて綺麗なジャンプ、見所満載なプログラムをアピール力満載で表現する力量。この後も傑作を産み出していく最高の選手。

この演技を観て羽生選手の大ファンになったのですが、やはり今観ても素晴らしくて感動します。この時から現在も進化し続けて上位で優勝争いをしているというのが凄い。こういう選手は中々いないと思う。

入坑作，當時看到金牌的新聞想說找影片看一下好了，還是在別的網站找到的，那時候youtube還沒影片，奧運頻道是一年以後才上傳這個短節目，一看就一發不可收拾，把當時youtube上能搜索到的所有過往的影片全都看過

来たよオリチャン北京五輪開催までに羽生結弦カウントダウン開始か？(^_^;)点数発表まで入れているあたりが憎い。そうSP で史上初めて100点を超えた瞬間。いやあ〜久々にじっくりと見ました。漫画から出てきたようなとんでもないスタイルと勢い余りそうな若さ。ジャンプの高さが異次元だ。当時ヘランジとか見たことなかったから、独創的な振付する選手だなと思ってましたが、ほんと今も滑る姿が見られるなんて感謝しないといけないね。

This is the first performance video that i saw of yuzuru 4 days back and became a Fanyu in the next second.....😍😊 Its like the 'ICE CHOSE HIM' to skate such grace and swag combined together gives an epic feel to it... Totally Loved IT

I love all of his program! But I am sorry I want to add one of the fact of Yuzu here: A Feasibility Study on Utilization in Figure Skating by A Wireless Inertia Sensor Motion Capture System. This is his Thesis.
