Yes JP people really love to dress up when it comes to USJ, and other fun place specially in some part of Tokyo where you can see lots of people wearing anime costumes. We didn't get something from Harry Potter because we still have places to go and we didn't want to carry lots of stuff. We went shopping for presents at the last part of our day which is already very late.
