As a tourist, the only reason to stay on Mombasa Road close to the airport is if you are in transit. Consider getting an Airbnb in a central location like Kilimani, Kileleshwa, or Westlands and you will have more interesting things/places to experience.

Exactly 💯 correct that's why it was only 1 night. Actually.. Hours.. Flight arrived after midnight and by the time I cleared customs and guy to the Airbnb it was 2a.m and I was checked out by mid day. 1 night stay, there's not much around airports in any country for safety reasons airports are generally out of the way of most public commercial and residential things.

As a US foreign are entering the country of Kenya where are you required to take a vaccine before you enter the country and also are you required to take a vaccine before you leave the country?

I don't have the jab of any sort and Kenya immigration did not ask... Don't even know what you mean by getting a jab in order to leave.. that part is confusing

@@richesmethod Well, I heard that before you leave. The country that foreigners were required to take a vaccine for yellow fever when they were leaving. But I don't know how true it is. I've been trying to do research on it and never got it clear answer

That doesn't make sense maybe that's why you can't find info.. The only people who are required to stop you from going into a country if it requires a vaccine is the airline agents before you board a plane or immigration agents when you land if a particular vaccine card is required based on specific countries you are originating from..So if you are LEAVING to go back to your own country and your own country does NOT require you to have a vaccine to enter your own country(you would have had it as a kid if you were born there) then why would the country you are visiting care, when you are leaving?
