Sadia, You can try these recipes with the sour mangoes: Recipe1: 1)Grate the mangoes. 2)Take some of the grated mangoes. Put it in a mixer with some sugar. How much sugar you want to add is totally up to you. Blend till it becomes a paste. 3) Add this paste to the remaining grated mangoes. Add some black salt/Kala Namak. Keep it aside for an hour to let the flavours get to know each other. After a while you will notice that the mixture is releasing water. Once it starts doing that, it is ready to eat. Recipe 2: 1)Grate the mangoes. 2) Add some Kala Namak (or plain salt...if you don't have Kala Namak). Add some red chilli powder and add a green chilli chopped. Add a pinch or two of sugar. Squeeze in lemon juice. 3) let it marinate for 15 - 20 mins & after that enjoy your mango chaat. (Optional: Add a teaspoon of Kasundi/Indian mustard sauce). Let me know how it was.

You can put powdered sugar namak and red chilli powder a pinch and it will be a good snack option.. or to use it you can actually make a sabji of aam.. where in recepie are available online with sugar syrup in it. And have it with roti and you will love it. ❤️
don’t put that mango in fridge keep it out side so that it can ripe. and u can also make mango shake add sugar or honey or u can add mango to sweet curd
What you can do with fruits like these is make fruit syrups or jams. For syrup, add equal ratio of sugar and fruit in a clean sterilized jar overnight. After 2,3 days, take a tablespoon of the syrup and add water or carbonated water. Yum! For jam, equal amounts of sugar and fruit, keep it on stove till bubbles form, or till the mixture thickens. Add a tsp of lemon and store in a jar. Jam is ready!
Hi Sadia I have been craving Pakistani mangoes in the middle of winter so I bought Brazilian ones as an alternative. Needless to say I had the same reaction as you 🤣

uk dii i started to drink coffee just by watching ur videos it seems so tempting so i also got curious to try black coffee although i nevre drank black coffeee but now i love itt...
@@nausheen5337 if u r trying first time add a lil more sugar and then gradually decrease the amount of sugar. Also make sure the quantity of caffeine (coffee) you should take must not be more than 1000mg
Hi Sadia if you keep the mango at room temperature it ripens n sweetens a bit in a few days. I will not recommend putting it in the fridge bcuz the cold slows the process and will spoil the fruit. If its already sweet then its ok to keep it in the fridge
Put the mango cuts in a mixture jar , little sugar...no water and blend...You will get thick pulp. U can relish that. Instead of keeping it in fridge...it will be stale then after few days
Mango ko newspaper mein wrap ker ke dark jaga per rakh dein 3-4 days mein pakh jaye ga. Ager ziyada thand hai tou more than 7 days bhi lag jayein gy. Check every 3-4 days. Do not open before.
You may have that remaining mango by garnishing it with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and some chat Masala if available We call it 'Saadeko mango' in Nepal🤗💜
