I been doing min 100 push ups for last for ever, when im bored 500 to 1000 in a day. It funny when I visiting friends in Vietnam this past few weeks they have an outside metal Japanese style gate. It became my pull-up bar for 100 a day ha ha You are right, it does pay off. Never sick, stay in shape, shirts never fit and only 1 chin to this face :)

laos is probably my favorite place in asean it is super chill and relaxed. people are also genuine and nice too

This is seriously no joke. Most places I've been the farther from tourist areas you got the more "Raw and real" people became, Laos though every one was just chill, happy, and carefree being towns, farms, getting lost as I do a lot . BUT if you throw trash on the ground, get ready to see some angry Laos tempers, LOVE IT man A must visit country for any one

@@EndlessTravels to be fair even their big cities are small towns by world standards, it is a very sparely populated country. enjoy it whilst it lasts because once globalisation and inter connection increases you are going to see more immigration from china into laos and it will just become like an east asian country with a fast paced life style and dense population.

A place so many are so close to, yet never see Laos is seriously a MUST see for any one, and it has that Driving on a back though countries sides we used to have in Vietnam minus Laos isn't covered in trash.. Laos is defently a MUST for those looking for Culture, and that ideal Asian culture we all grew up thinking it was...Well Laos and Taiwan in that sense
