Am I the only one who understands why he didn't pick Dirk? He's Lithuanian, we don't care about the NBA as much, we watched the Gasol brothers dominate for their national team, ofc we'd rather pick what we've seen than some myth about Dirk who played his games at 4AM.

If you watch Dirk list he picked same 7 players.. including Sabonis. The only three differences is: Jokic, Luka, Schrempf instead of Marciulinis, Mark and Divac.. :P 1

C'mon Sabonis in starting 5 has to be. Although he wasn't in he's prime in NBA but in Europe he was killing everyone. There was no one better than Sabonis period. Shame that we never saw him in NBA at 18 years old it would be no doubt he's in top 10 players who ever touched the ball world wide.

You have a 6th man of the year starting at SF over a league MVP. The prime is, that is their real value, just understand how much NBA has fallen. (Jokic is not even present because he is not better than Sabonis and Divac).

Wow. How do you leave off Dirk? Detlef should arguably be in the mix, but it’s hard to say he’s clearly better than any of the named choices. But certainly Dirk, one of the top NBA scorers in history, and a finals MVP, is above some of these choices.
