@@stinhuffine4422 why do you associate beggars with criminals? Are different! Beggars are people who have nowhere to live and are in extreme poverty. Criminals are those involved in crimes. Being poor does not mean being a criminal. Unfortunate comment!!!

@@pedrocardoso971 hello, there are several factors to it: 1. Organized "fake" begging Unfortunately I see organized begging ofthen, such as different beggars changing turns on the same spot with the same items, the same dog if they use a dog in a scheme. On the internet there are some other videos across different countries that expose fake beggar activities. These people take spots from genuine people in need and scam kind people. 2. When begging is allowed, genuine beggars are often locked in a viscous cycle of begging In the area I visit often I see a lot of the same beggars who beg for many years. Their life situation doesn't improve with all the money they collect. I'm afraid that begging is a relatively easy way to earn money without changing something fundamentally in life. Fortunately in Europe there are several organizations that provide with shelter/opportunity to find work and turn life around, mostly at the prerequisite of going to rehab/etc. it's more difficult than panhandling, for sure, but in the end it makes the life better for a person. Allowing to make easy money on street leaves people in a status quo of poverty where they lose health and do not change their situation By saying "criminal rights activists" I meant organizations that push political decisions such as: 1. Ineffective measures that give people in bad situation some solutions that are not allowing to fundamentally change their lives, but keep them in a viscous cycle - e.g. providing with tools to continue consuming life-threatening substances instead of rehabilitation, etc. 2. push for conditions that allow anti-social behavior and crime to proliferate In case a) if we allow for begging then organized begging crime will appear, b) if we ban it then genuine people in need will look for other ways to make their situation better and that other ways are more likely to be fundamental and not temporary solutions Also the same with sleeping on street. I live in the Netherlands, in this country sleeping on street or in a car/tent is not allowed, it leads to paying the fine and in case there's no money to pay - police forcefully take to some shelter. In France, on comparison, there is no such law. What we see is that in the Netherlands you almost never see homeless people, likely because it's difficult to be homeless in such situation - so the system is designed in a way that people who happen to become homeless are incentivised to do something to change their situation, and they will not have to endure sleeping outside. In France however it is so easy to be homeless, there are a lot of them and a lot of tents in cities and under bridges. In my opinion it is inhumane to allow people to live like this. Some organizations may say that we should leave people alone with their lives and with their trouble, but I think that a system can be designed in a way that you can't just live the lifestyle of begging/sleeping on street, even if it involves people moving you somewhere where there is a roof over your head even if you object to it. It's very exhausting to beg, and it's very bad for health to sleep on street, even in a tent. The constant fear of being robbed, the constant danger of rains, heavy winds - I hope society does not allow people to experience these horrible conditions

@@pedrocardoso971 sorry if my comment sound hurtful. I believe a lot of beggars are organized gangs that pretend to be poor to get a constant stream of money. They beg on the same posts but rotate and they don't allow real beggars to beg on that spots . I wish that really poor people should get all help from the taxes that we pay so the government helps them get their life on track so they don't have to panhandle

Above all..no traffic. Clean roads and alley, No street vendors beggars or homeless or bystanders, No skyscrapers but with beautiful architectured bldgs., with beautiful parks and dense trees !! Very ideal for a healthy ang peaceful living! I🧡to have this life from 🇵🇭!

I live very far away in Hawaii, which is beautiful. However, Hawaii lacks the colorful historical buildings that are so different and captivating. About twenty years ago during the cold and snowy winter during the first week of December I stayed at a hotel near the train station as my home base then visited towns in Luxembourg and Germany of historical areas of the Battle the Bulge. A beautiful country, well worth the visit.
