It will be very challenging, there was korean women who solo travels in mongolia got pickpocketed her phone and without phone things get very hard. Other than pickpockets and language barrier it's doable. If you search up youtube there is some korean solo travellers did it successfully.

Woaaa I just amazed how you speaking Chinese to women, actually it's really hard travel alone in Mongolia because of people's language barrier, uncertainty of proper information for travelers but you met really nice people that helped you I am so glad about it.
