My ranking: 4. Ruben: I love that he got the Prince of Egypt style ballad he wanted, but I just prefer the more upbeat songs from the Netherlands in general over the slower ballads. 3. Hidde/Saida/Dunyah: Solid song and their voices mesh so well together, hope we get more 3-part harmony moments like the "prime!" Just prefer the other 2 haha 2. Stay Tuned: It's a song of references but I'm not mad at that at all! The instrumental backing reminds me of It Doesn't Matter and the lyric "All we need is music" references the 2020 common JSF song. But I love both so again not mad at the references. 1. Veronika: It was almost a tie between Stay Tuned and Veronika, but I think the deciding factor was the moment she was singing about her mom saying "don't give up." That's really heartfelt because her mom sought refuge for herself, Veronika and Veronika's brother from the war in Ukraine, and they all moved to NL and through all this Veronika is still able to pursue her dreams!
My top 4 4 Ruben 3 hidde /saida/dunyah 2 stay tuned 1 Veronika she has best song for my super goed nummer en very catchy krijg kippenvel van deze nummer 🎶🔥😍🇳🇱
Saida has such an amazing voice and than they put her with a song like that.. personally i dont really feel that any of the songs stand a chance at JESC kinda hope Veronika will win as she is the only one that has a chance imo
I kinda agree with your comment, I love stay tuned’ song but it’s likely to flop at Jesc because it’s not at all the same level of la festa or holding on to you, so they might finish at the bottom. With Veronika, personally, ballad isn’t my fav music but her song is cute and emotional so juries might appreciated it and maybe she can do well at Jesc.
4. In m'n prime Ik vind het muziek niet echt leuk, vaak het zelfde. 3. Colors of heart Wel leuk opzich maar niks bijzonders 2. Music Heel leuk maar basic. 1. Dreams are built to last Vind het echt leuk liedje met wat veranderingen en ze kan goed zingen
