Why did you go both up and down via Tengpoche when there is a much better trail on the opposite side of the valley. The Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche route offers better views, solitude and plenty of wildlife. Tengpoche can be visited on the way down.
@@willytylee No. Normal route is Namche - Tengpoche - Dingpoche, the better alternate is Namche - Phortse - Dingpoche. Two days both. Guides and Nepalese trekking agencies are just too lazy and unimaginative to offer any alternatives.

i've bring a 20000mAh power bank, in case the battery is dead quickly I can charge it back😂 Be careful don't bring more that one power bank, because the security won't let you get to the plane if you have more than one power bank. In the morning, the temperature will be fine, but at night, keep your iPhone inside your sleeping bag, it will be fine. 😂

The most difficult part is that there is not enough oxygen at that high altitude, you may have headache up there. You have to walk really slow while you are trekking. You don't have to be very fit, but if you keep exercise before, you will feel better up there
