Sana magawa sa buong Maynila yan. May kakilala ako dyan sa gilid ng BGC nakatira, binabayaran na sila para humanap ng ibang bahay, so meaning nage-expand talaga ang BGC
BGC is a standard. It's an example to other mayors in Metro Manila how a city should be built. If we can make the whole MM like BGC, it would be great. We need politicians that are visionaries and with political will.
I can say that this is the only place left for Metro Manila that is unbeatable by Cebu in terms of modern developments, but still I choose the beach city of Lapu-Lapu over the modern BGC since it has a bit of modern side also. The modern international hotels and luxurious casino in Lapu-Lapu are developing and under construction right now. If Cebu City also can further acquire big investments and construct big developments in the more than 300 hectare South Road Properties and successfully build the 490 meters Iconic tower that is currently on the pipeline then Cebu City has a big plus since it is nearer to the beach because of CCLEX bridge and it is nearer to the mountains since the city itself has mountains. The Monterrazas de Cebu is also big plus for Cebu City once it is completed. I am from Bacolod and this is only my opinion...peace you!
The Cebu Provincial Capitol recently acquired back the 80 hectare camp Lapu-Lapu in Cebu City and the camp is near IT Park...another potential place to build a city within a city
That's great! I'm glad that Cebu is also poised to become another great Philippine city in terms of modernization, culture, infrastructure, tourism, etc. That should bode well for the locals and for the entire nation.
@@Basketreel Cebu is no match to Metro Manila. Metro Manila bring 33% of GDP of the Philippines. Top 10 of the richest places in the Philippines are all in Metro Manila.
@@cristiano7ronaldoTHEGOAT gdp measure is not accurate bro...they only measure it by population by region..except Metro Manila...ask the experts if you have doubt about what I am saying
If there's one thing that I've learned about BGC is that yeah for the Philippines it's modern. Yeah for the Philippines it's rich. I remember driving through there last year and my first thought to myself was ummm okay what's so special. Then I forgot for a second that it's special for the Philippines. Sorry to burst a lot of people's bubble and I'm sure it's going to make a lot of people upset by this but by no means does BGC fall under the category of world class. Maybe top of the class in the Philippines but definitely not world class. My only question is of the residents that actually do live in BGC what's the percentage of them being Filipino versus the percentage of foreigners that reside there
