No offense, how many times should a kind of people like you learn BGC is not a city and should haven't been referred to a city in a first place, should have been referred just as an business estate or district long time ago. It's just a highly modernized business and commercial district of Metro Manila nor shouldn't been referred to as the face of the Philippines. So much for this misconception for many times and from many people....
Hi Brian. Charlie from Boston USA here I’ve been in Mexico most of the last three years. I go back to Boston to bleed money every few months. I’m here now working on my kitchen. I sold my motorcycle in Mexico and I gave my landlord back her key two weeks ago. I will see my daughters for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They will return to California and New York and I will be heading to the Philippines after first of the year. A friend invited me to Cebu. I got to admit that part of Manila looks very enticing. I will check some of your other videos. I will tell you, an English-speaking country is attractive to me. 😅. I will bounce around for a few months there before heading to Cambodia. Wow, thank you for showing BGC atmosphere at night, looking very enticing to come home and retire there from Canada. I've never seen like the nightlife there compared to the major cities in Canada. It's more fun in the Philippines.

When Duterte was Mayor of Davao City for 2 decades, Davao was the safest, cleanest city in the Philippines, even ranked well internationally. But for Presidency, Marcos is better for the Philippines.
The country needs a new breed of leaders, those who have the heart, integrity, right moral values, those who would prioritize God above all things, those who would not sell the country, those who can fight for what is right and just, those whose minds won't be corrupted by wealth, greed nor power, those who are righteous and would stand for truth. Change may be achieved if there are people brave enough to fight the evil forces that exist in our world.
i live here and a city like this only exists from private companies developing it. if you let the government govern a city in the PH it'll be the 3rd world country you speak off. every city around BGC except makati CBD does not look like this. we are a backwards country.

if it is not for Duterte law and order against crime and drugs, we are not walking freely in the night or even in the broad daylight.. Im from Zamboanga City, southern part of the Philippines, drug problem and crimes exist again when the present president, Marcos, sitted in the office.. Corruption, crimes, etc is back again.. Thank God we experienced leadership of Duterte, because of that we can clearly see the differences...

Bro. Good day to you. I will give my personal opinion about former President Duterte. During his six years in power, he did a lot for the country. He is the only leader who truly loves this country and its people. For the past six years, we have experienced safety. You can walk in the middle of the night, unlike before? it was very dangerous, day and night. Davao City ranks 2nd to Singapore as the safest city in the world, because of Duterte.

Man, you missed out the BGC cats. I work in BGC for over 15yrs now. I saw how it transform from large vacant space to how it looks now. Yes, we lack subway or modern train. But who need those if you have wide sidewalks covered with trees. Correction. Real Estate boom in BGC started during former Pres Pnoy term. In fact it slowdown during Duterte's.
