Surprisingly, I gave my Filipina gf (province girl) $50/month for a few months without her asking for it, and she actually got upset by it. She didn't say anything at first, but she eventually came out and asked me to stop. She used the money to get her paperwork done to find a job. She's only making minimum now, but she is determined to pay me back and refuses any more money from me.

My filipina wife has a Mercedes. Okay that's good. She has 20 designer purses. Okay. A gold ring with 110 diamonds on it. Okay. She just bought a farm in the Philippines. Okay. But that buying sh!t for relatives in the Philippines never stops. After our oldest daughter turns 18, she is in for a shock. I'm dumping her. Filipina is a money pit, and it never stops. Never.
This is a good video with an important question to ask in the early stages of dating a Filipina. I've also thought of another good question to ask (or better yet, document to have her show you)--ask if she's married or has been married? and have her get a CENOMAR to prove she's single. The last thing an expat needs is to find out is that his girlfriend has a husband who can cause lots of legal problems for that expat.
I never gave the family of my ex-Filipina wife a monthly allowance, but they kept coming up with (genuine) medical problems, major surgeries etc and I felt it was my responsibility to help them out. It cost me a lot of money. After I divorced my wife, they didn't even want to have contact with me anymore. When I started a relationship with another Filipina I told her up front: "I will take care of you, your son and your mother and the rest of your family have to work for their money." She agreed with that, but I still wonder what would have happened if this relationship had lasted.
Just watched a vlogger who said once he was married, he put what the wife was making prior to marriage into a savings account for her for when he's gone. ($200) He also gives her parents $400 a month for the expenses for watching the wife's son. $600 a month. The guy is in his early 70's

Remember guys people that work in callcenters and those are high paid jobs make 20K pesos or 350 USD a month. Its like giving your girlfriend like 40K USD a year. That is stupidity. Never give them that kind of money as an allowance. Giving them 200 pesos so they can take a Jeepney or Trike ride home is okay and understandable or buying your girlfriend some food on a date is okay. Just don't let the family leech off of you.
The real deal is that guys have to stop picking at the low hanging fruit. These guys keep going for these poor province girls whose only thought is to prop herself and her family up financially. If you go for an educated woman who has a decent job (and they're much harder to find and it requires a lot of patience), then you won't have to support the whole brood because either she'll be doing it, or the family has enough money that they won't have to pester you all the time for it

Most , i mean i repeat -> most foreigner choose province uneducated girl for them to control it, and the exchange of that thqt foreigner has the responsibility to financially support the family,.. reality check that 100% true.. however, If the foreigner chooses a professional college degreee girl who can sustain her own financial support. Expect different result. Filipina educat3d woman are vry smart and loyal.. expect if that girl finished her education example atty, accountant, business professional person.. Why would i know because i have 4 cousin which are all girls and all are professional they married foreigner. The result of their relationship is more stable and business oriented. Thatd why if you are a foreigner visiting asian country.. U need to have a goal. 1. U gonna visit south east Asian country for hooking girl, its fine😂, go thailand best optio . 2. If u looking for a commited woman, make sure u choose a right girl , who independently can support itself, has a professional background, school degree, and able to support her family before entering her world..

A good way to prevent this, even if you're worth alot of money... one month just test her and if she flips out.. drop her BUT YOU HAVE TO DO THIS EARLY ON... if she reacts well... next month only give her like 10% of what she expects and see how she reacts... learn to play the long game with this.
