I know exactly what you mean about real tomato taste haha! When I try to explain to people who don't like tomatoes how flavourful they really are, they don't believe me. 😂 Same with cucumbers!

Hey there! Born in Timisoara but been living in Canada for the past 25 years. For anything gut-related (and not only), I highly recommend the power of triple K: kombucha (ideally homemade), kimchi, and the good-old kefir. Plus sauerkraut (varză murată), and especially sauerkraut juice (moare). The more natural, the better. From what I understand, your parents live in a rural area of Romania, so I'm pretty sure they can help with the sauerkraut. As a rule of thumb: make fermented foods your best friend. Once your gut microbiome gets restored, you'll see a dramatic improvement. Trust me, been there, done that. You can ASMR-tag your vlogs, they certainly fit the bill. One last question: what breed is the cat and how old is she? She's a cutie, for sure. Adopted a two-month old kitty from Romania before Covid only to have it killed by coyotes in Canada (she was an indoor-outdoor cat). That sucked big time. :(
Oh poor kitty :( how did you transport her to Canada ? Myla is a British shorthair! Yes I love everything fermented these days I’m eating everyday sun pickled cucumbers (I show it in my vlogs!) thanks so much for the comment & for watching 😻
@@simple.d_vlogs She was approximately four months old at the time (and quite small), so she was allowed in the cabin. Had to remain inside the carrier for the entire duration of the flight, though (three separate flights actually). It must have been quite traumatic for her because she had no idea why the size of her world got so drastically compressed all of a sudden. Cats generally are averse to travelling, and this was a mammoth of a journey as you can imagine (approximately 24 hours from door to door). But what a joy at the end of it. She must have felt she was in the middle of a Big Bang or something when she realized that her universe rapidly expanded to the size of an entire house. She started running around like crazy, perhaps just to convince herself that she had survived that ordeal. Then, one summer morning she didn't come back home after having spent the night outside. She was born in a barn somewhere in rural Romania, so there was no way you could turn her into an indoor cat. Never saw her again. She had just turned two. I miss her so much. :((
I like your Trader Joe bag. I lived in US long time, missing TJ. Relocated to London but i haven't got used to it in 3 years. Spending more time in Cluj where I was born. I think Romania is good for raising kids. Teenagers in the UK are strange...lots of them aggressive
Hi Andreia, yesss I love my TJ bag too and it was ridiculous cheap one year ago (got it from Cali) Where about did you live in US? Thanks for the comment:)
Greetings from USA 🇺🇲 i like yout cat and the surroundings ..but why you wrote communist flats communist no longer since 90 it end and i like you tonbe kind and grateful 🙏 please ..ty
Hi Caroline! 😊 the whole block hasn’t been renovated since the 80s so it’s pretty comunist I’d say :) Ceaușescu had build them all in a very particular style you will easily recognise all over the world. Thanks for the comment !
I am Romanian and we call these flats comunist as well😂 Because they were built in that period of time and they have a particular look and that is UGLY😂😂 we hate them too. Previous being built, we had so beautiful buildings but when comunism came, they built these atrocities of blocks of flats😂 Anyway, we still have a great percentaige of those beautiful buildings across the country.
Is it a common practice in Romania to bind horses legs together like that? Sorry to say it, but It looks like downright animal abuse to me. Poor horse!
I think it’s common everywhere in the world when the young horse is naughty and it will run everywhere while is being transported. Once they arrive at destination they will release him (and the journey is normally short from like one side of the village to the other)
@@simple.d_vlogs Thank you for answering. I have really never heard of, nor seen this before and am a bit apalled actually. I live in Scandinavia where all the countries have strict regulations regarding animal welfare, and here that would not be a legal way to handle a animal.
Oh dear, Romania was never a 3rd world country lol! Balkans may not be as wealthy as the west, but that does not mean we have an awful standard of living. People live richly in simple things! Also despite our history and turmoil in recent times, crime is low and it is very safe across the entire region.
