You can compare their personality, culture like he did, languages or even where one is doing better than the other. Having a high GPD might also can be associated with country size, population, resources, access to ocean things that Rwanda doesn't have. I'm Rwandan and I like Tanzania. It's even better than Rwanda, but Rwanda is also better than Tanzania in some aspects.

The largest ethnic groups in Rwanda are the Hutus, which make up about 85% of Rwanda's population, the Tutsis, which are 14% and the Twa which are around 1%. Starting with the Tutsi feudal monarchy rule of the 10th century, the Hutus were a subjugated social group. This situation caused tribalism in Rwanda for the Tusis to see themselves as the first class and the Hutus as the second class, so in the year 1994 it led to genocide in Rwanda. @@rayisadesigns2646That's not true. Those were social classes before colonizers came. If one owned more cows, he would automatically become Tutsi. If a Tutsi lost his cows and started farming, he would become a Hutu. However, we had clans. 16 of them. [Abanyiginya, Abega, Abazigaba etc]. Both a Hutu and a Tutsi could belong to the same clan. But there was no fixed difference between us. Now we all identify as Rwandans. Some people still remember their clan, but it doesn't have much value in our society. Those you call Twa were involved in pottery, [Making of pots for cooking, etc]. That's what there name meant.
