So going off the Dev Letter, this event will have segments that are locked until the next week when the next Sync Pair drops. Very bold choice for them to stretch out an event like this for an entire month as the main content for November.
If you ask me they really should've made Hilda the knight & Diantha the princess. Not only would it have fit their personalities way better, but Keldeo is from Unova & Diancie is from Kalos.
as I said in another « it should not be » comment on the other video Diantha is a Champion in Kalos Region, which based on France, and her costume resemble Jeanne d’Arc, and Keldeo is based from french novel The Three Musketeers, which perfectly fit not only that, Diantha is an actress and she could play the knight role perfectly as one of her Elite 4 troop is Wikstorm, the knight himself Hilda was a player, she might have found Diancie on her way traveling around the world in the Black 2 White 2 story, not only that, by the fact that N is a King of Team Plasma, her role as a princess is perfectly fit here as well, my concern is just... Diancie, legends said that only wealthy people could own one, but she is not that rich tbh

Also, seems like Grimsley will be the embodiment of the "I'm playing both sides so that way I always come out on top" meme. Speaking of Grimsley, I feel like it's worth pointing out that Grimsley in Masters hasn't been to Alola yet, meaning not only that his new Sync Pair name and Sync Move background are complete BS, but also he got this outfit and new hair color IN PASIO for this event and just decided to stick with it for the next two years. This game complicates the lore and timeline of the series way too much, and it's all because of Hoopa!
How has this Grimsley not been to Alola yet? Just because they used the OG design doesn’t mean he hasn’t been to Alola. When he says he might visit Alola he might just be talking about another visit
i don't think theres a fluid timeline in the masters series, if grimsley hasn't been to alola yet then that doesn't explain how selene and elio have already made their journey yknow? so i think it's just mostly shit taking place at different times, its frustrating to try piece it together so its better to look at it and appreciate how we're getting 3 grimsleys now
