Who can we call that’s not an automated service? We applied in April and still no response. We are also unable to fill out the out of processing time form that’s on the uscis website. It does not let applicants of i134a fill out the form.

So I have a situation with 3 travel authorizations. They all 3 came with the names duplicates, would that be a problem?
