How about parents teach the Ten Commandments to their children at home. That is their first and most important job. Do it and do not expect the schools to do it! Posting the ten commandments on the walls of public schools will do nothing to reverse the rapid decline of our society into lawlessness. Yes, this country needs God. Yes, we need to return to God, but this is the job of the churches, not of the governemtn or the public schools. It is not the job of public schools to promote the Ten Commandments-unless we want to see posted e xcerpts from the Quran, the Satanic Bible, the Vedas, of other religious texts. Once the government starts enforcing and promoting religious observances we will be in a slippery slope. Religious revival and reform is an individual matter and belongs in the church, and most importantly, at home. Parents, do your job!

I love Dr Ben Carson! Hes one smart man. If we had more God in childrens lives maybe we wouldn't have so many criminals. When i went to school 50 years ago we had in god we trust in school, the constitution was on the wall with the bill of rights. We also had martin luther kings speech on the wall. We would do the pledge and say a small prayer. My generation is the last generation of marriage, fathers in the home. So i dt see nothing wrong with children learning about these things bc it makes better human beings
