The old china town you were looking for was at the end of the Main Street. All of the buildings faced an alleyway so from the street you would be looking at the back of the restaurants and buildings. I lived in Hanford as a child some 50+ years ago. We would only go there once a year when my father got his tax return to eat. Not much left now.
