I walked those streets 40 years ago as a blonde haired blue eyed 20 year old. I went there with a carnival out of Orlando Florida. I lived in Caracas, Valencia and Maracaibo. The Country was thriving at that time. It was four Bolivars to the dollar. Great memories!

Serious question. Why are so many coming to America? They can't buy and sell on streets like they can there. You have to get a sellers license on America for food and goods. Some wish they could do this and make tax free money. I don't get it. Rents and cost of living is high. They can't get approved to work and if they did its expensive to live. Who are the people coming?
@@LatishaBlayne That's exactly what I'm wondering and I live in Venezuela, I mean you need a lot of money to cross half the continent to get to that country not to mention that you risk your life, so I wonder why they don't invest that money in a business? In Venezuela there is everything, the time of scarcity is just memory. You have to work hard in the U.S., same in Venezuela, but the difference is that their families and friends are here. Anyway, I think this is a fad or something like that. I hope that this year that will change, there is also a slight possibility that Maduro will leave power and maybe that will change the situation. But like you said why don't they start a business? Like a garden or something and sell like in Caracas or their neighborhood. Then I see that they have like 3 kids to feed. I'm wondering why they'd keep having kids if it's hard to feed them there? I think they've heard or think in their mind that the US has money to give them because they crossed the border coming from so far. But their economic asylum seekers Venezuelans aren't approved for asylum. And they just say their going to look for work in the US. They never say I'd love to become an American. The work that they would do would not be enough for the rent these days. They just have no plans. Like what would they do with their kids if they find work? The kids have caused a chicken pox and other communicable diseas and have had to get up to 8 vaccines. They don't have medical record from their country. So I guess they don't have medical insurance or free medical there? Idk sorry I have so many questions... I'm just wondering where these ones come from. It seems the hood where they come from would be empty by now because so many have come to the U S. I would think anyways. I hear you and others saying how beautiful it is there. If you don't mind me asking. What made you want you want to live there and how do you pay for their rents? Or do people have rent or does the government pay?
Los Peruanos creen que toda Caracas es así. En el centro de caracas hay estructura coloniales que se deben de conservar así a eso se le llama casco histórico de caracas. Si quieres ver estructuras mas modernas debes ver otros videos sobre la capital de Venezuela. Yo se con que intención haces tu comentario. Conozco tu país Perú y conozco mucho el desorden que hay en Perú en diferentes lugares. Pero diferencia que este desorden como tu lo llamas son vendedores Peruanos y Ecuatorianos los que venden sus ropas en temporada decembrinas. Pero en tu país es un desastre todo el año 😂😂😂😂😂 ya enero no se veras el desorden peruano en Venezuela.

@@JasonLane35Y yo también conozco tú país, y déjame decirte que en el caso de Caracas, hace 20 años era otra cosa, pero ahora está horrible, y realmente algunas partes parecen la Lima de los 80. Todo evoluciona o involuciona en la vida y las ciudades forman parte de esa proceso, ya sea para bien o para mal; en este caso el retroceso de Caracas es realmente lamentable, en cambio Lima, está evolucionando positivamente. Y si hablamos del casco histórico pues ni vuelta que darle; el casco histórico de Lima es patrimonio de la humanidad, y es mucho pero mucho más bonito que el de Caracas, no olvidemos que Lima fue la capital del mayor virreinato de las Américas, y no se trata de chauvinismo, si no simplemente de casos concretos.

Estuvo dando vueltas en circulos en un sitio que se llama La Hoyada Caracas es inmensa y solo estuvo dando una mini vueltica en circulo en un sector popular.
Escogen una para representar el país en un concurso de belleza, llena de cirugías. Pero si camina por las calles es muy raro encontrar alguien bonito. Lo mismo pasa con Colombia.
