The best ever speech heard from an African representative, South Africa spoke the truth happening in the world, DR Congo, and Republic Congo (we) are proud of you SA
Beautiful address. This articulates Africa's position on global issues. The continent shouldn't be forced by bullies who only appear to remember there's a rules based order when it suits their immediate and selfish interests.
What she says is just a story of being a smooth talker no implication. It's a long-time thing, it's not gonna work African people think these former colony languages work and they compare themselves with their former school who are not doing well in life and they say see we are prominent people because we can enter the HOUSE of UNGA. Whatever they say has no effect on the western countries and sits are empty as she talks
The UN sitting itself must circulate globally. No country should claim the sitting. The Assembly must be held globally. Countries must be equal. The next General Assembly must be held in Nigeria or Tanzania.
Nigeria that has been eaten by the so called Useless Tribal Bigotry/Rivalry and Religion differences lol ,A big country that is being threatened by the Western Sponsored TERRORISTS,Couple of Terrorists Keep brutalizing Citizens for Years with Zero result yet to host the White man,his relatives and others?
UN western members has no respect for our Africa leaders yet Africa leaders has refused to unite and strength Africa politically, economical and military to uplifte her image; the room is always empty when Africa leaders are speaking eloquently but they sat listening to people who don't sit for theirs..shame on us...
We are actually respectful, which is perceived as weakness and perhaps lack of intelligence but it is none of that. It is called humanity, true humanity which consists of respect for others, humility and an understanding that you are a person because of others. the same can not be said about some people. Africans leave and breath humanity which sets them apart from the rest. Reason why they do not have a record of invading others and having other's blood on their hands. They don't even seek to dominate, loot or ruin anyone, they just want to leave their African lifes. The attitude of self importance actually dominates the actions and decisions of those other people, but there is a reckoning coming. The world was reminded of Africa's relevance and importance in March and April UN votes.
However, I am disappointed that the minister and the SA government see fit to hold naval exercises with the Russian and Chinese Navies. Especially in light of what Russia is doing to Ukraine. It's a disgrace. 👎👎
Best speech so far in the UN general assembly She is a more competent and capable leader, diplomat and politician than the entire politicians in the west What a fascinating woman Much love and respect God bless her
Africa will never be the same again. I hope this message is clear to all westerners. We have found our purpose and direction, and we will pursue without fear. I am an African and this is an African statement, do not be deceived.
I'm really impressed by this iron lady's speech as usual, however my worry is a very less people heared of her speech. If rest of the world really want you to listen you, you have to unite. Only when you are unit the collective west and USA will listen to you and obey your demands. As a continent with a wonderful land, people and nature you have to prepare yourself to get united. Otherwise these speeches can do nothing to make your world beautiful. Love from sri lanka 🇱🇰.
I am very proud with the speech of South African Minister, only thing she forgotten about the struggles of Haitians you are for more than 200 yes of slavery from French and USA still today.
People never know how to avoid making losses while trading, you need to get full understanding and knowledge it is not something you just gamble, Mrs.Alice consistent and constructive. I am getting the best from it.
I'm so opportune that irrespective of the economy crisis and financial conditions I am still able to earn $19,500 returns from my initial $6,500 every 10 days. Crypto investment is really the best
@NURA SALISU I'm enjoying working under a platform that brings good return in my life. I ve been making my weekly returns without stress all in crypto currency',
that woman, her good work has been everywhere.i have Been seeing a lot of good comments about her on several places. I feel more confident investing with her, I have been on the training for over two weeks now best Broker for life.
Sometimes I just see no.point of African leaders in attending these useless talk shops, we can speak until we are blue in the face, these racists will never take us seriously..
I would be even harsher if I was in her place. But those main shameless bullies don't even want to listen to them. Poor, hence not worthy of listening. For them, all other nation exist to serve, be exploited. As you can hear, SA doesn't even have free primary, secondary education. With all that money taken out, couldn't even cover education for their kids. Tells a lot.
👏👏👏I like Naledi Pandor. She is one of the quality or talented women South Africa has ever produced. The English command is perfect the understanding of any subject matter under her command is also of high standard. This is the kind of quality I appreciate🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦💃🏻. Naledi for President- successor to President Ramaphosa. I wish Our representatives at international level should take example from Naledi Pandor.
Nosipho I beg to differ with your notion that asserts that the command of Enlgish language makes reflects the level of intelligence & respect that one deserves. This is a neocolonial view of thinking that English heritage is better than others yet that is not the case. What matters is the content, and yes our Naledi Pandoor has proven that she deserves her seat on the table with the likes of India's Kaishankar, Russia's Lavrov, Hungary's Peter, etc. In fact her command of English deterred many South Africans from taking her serious, it was only when we decided to listen to what is beyond that accent that we realised her value in SA politics.
@@andiswatsewana4448 : Sorry, do you really think I don’t know that position. I support your position only here in South Africa. That is international level, UN, which I attended for many years. You need to articulate there, and English is one of the 5 or 6 chosen languages , nothing else. If she can’t articulate in English, the only language she knows , nobody will understand her. She did very well. To come to your level, UN is not SA. Your sentiments can make sense out of the UN premises, whether you like it or not. Let’s learn to appreciate good work.
@@andiswatsewana4448 : Above all South Africans speak AFRIKAANS ENGLISH. I believe Naledi did very well to pick up the British accent. I speak Xhosa English, but not Afrikaans English. I am proud of that. I also wish I can speak Zulu like Zulus, not via Sepedi. It is as simple as all that, girl. So, hands off Naledi, she did very well for you at the time when SA doesn’t care about professionals like her. Hating English is not taking anybody anywhere- you won’t reverse the world, model Cs don’t even know their languages, they speak English. I won’t answer everything you have said.
African countries must unite without losing time. It is high time to protect Africa in every imaginable manner, since there are so many wolfs waiting to continue destabilizing this continent and take away its natural resources.
Many thanks to the Foreign minister for 🇿🇦 for her brilliance in articulating the challenges and providing possible solutions for her country and Africa in general.
Thank you Madam Naledi Pandor of South Africa and home of President Nelson Mandela for your remark about poverty, environment, peace and security. You also added UN transformation of the security council. This about check and balance justice for the world that leads to justice for all!!
Well done her excellency u make us pride as africaine women Not like people that goes there for show up we belong Your excellency your message is clear for the all africa god bless u
Unambiguously stated! Persuasively articulated! If only the rapid implementation of these lofty recommendations could be effected without more ado! You are the heroine of all the wretched in our communal unique home, Planet Earth. Huge respect and appreciation for your comprehensive address! @ngand'osambalundula
Mugabe was a dictator please he committed genocide of more than 40.000 Ndebeles go on RU-vid and type Matabeland genocide or type victims of gugurahundi genocide testimonies by Zenzele Ndebele. He was the puppet of the West only when things became sour with the West after Tony Blair refused to give him money that's when he started making noise. The man distroyed the country and caused division and tribalism. We lost our relatives because of that devil
A lady that must ideally hold the position of the General Secretary of the African Union! But perhaps that is just a dream...... the information is that the AU is financed and advised (in other words, managed) by the US and EU!
South Africa is white owned country with large pollution of black people. it is not her country. it is governed by a white constitution and in office in their large number are blacks.
@@ianpovey2577 You are the one who needs to wake up. Your system is going down the drain. The countdown has started. Might take some more years but nothing will be like before. You can be certain of that.
🇿🇦 SOUTH AFRICA 👏😊 "We came together as a nation to end the scourge of apartheid. Today we are challenged to end poverty and all its attendant suffering." _BY_ 🇿🇦 *NELSONMANDELA* 👏😊 😊👏😊👏😊👏😊👏😊👏😊
U are a dignitify Africa daughter your speech says it all we don't need all the Africa contegent of Africa women to make fashion show but u alone had say it all the rest are not importance of Bern there congratulations my fellow Africa woman bravo et bisou
@@honesty_-no9he It means that Naledi Pandor's government is currently doing its best to implement expropriation without compensation bills in South Africa. The same policy that destroyed Zimbabwe's economy while the ANC practiced quiet diplomacy for decades. And now she's calling on the international community to somehow save Zimbabwe? Meanwhile, no one wants to invest in South African infrastructure because they don't know if it will end up nationalized. And even if they wanted to, the ANC won't approve power generation projects unless they personally get a kickback. So yes, Naledi has a wonderful voice and speaks beautifully, but the corruption of her party currently has all South Africans sitting in the dark for ten hours a day.
If the UN fails to see global concerns in a objective way, architects and force systems that will fight poverty and inequality as well as guaranteeing peace, most human world experience will remain severely affected as it is today. We can't afford to be haunted by these calamities and social crisis going forward with the presence of such a reputable wellfair tool(UN). Reformation on UN is needed to achieve its global parental roles and not to serve for the interests of minority Nations. Thanks Mama 'Pando'❤❤❤
International law needs reform. WESTERN HEGEMONY must be squashed. Fairness and the need to ensure all countries both in the global south and America/Europe respect human rights must prevail
REFORM UN - The United Nations must of course, itself, be transformed so that it serves its role, cognizant of current global dynamics. it is unacceptable that, 77 years after its establishment, 5 nations wield this disproportionate decision-making power in the united nations system as a whole. Transformation of the UN must include more representative, transparent and accountable organs of global governments. For this body to be effective, the General Assembly must be revitalized. The Security Council must be reformed. We also cannot have a credible organization if it cannot hold persistent transgressors of the charter to account." ~ Naledi Pandor, Minister for International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa
I have always wondered what African countries have been doing in such gatherings when they are fully aware that neither their voices nor opinions count? What sort of naivity is ours? This is our fourth plight, the other three being ignorance, diseases, and hunger. When will we be able to grasp what is going on?
