The lease is always renewable. New owner will start from zero until 99yrs. Minimizes foreigners from owning our country.

Steyn City has an area where there's greenery between each stand, but, even there, it's not in the entire estate.. Stands being too close to each other is a major headache when it comes to estate living, hence the use of trees in many of the properties in this video, guess the onus is put on you the stand buyer..

The nearby equestrian estate has huge stands, but those houses are even more expensive. I remember when they sold the plots in Waterfall. R600k for 600 sq. m, R1.2m for 1200 sq. m. This was for the plots alone. My house in Vorna Valley has a 1000 sq. m plot and was R1m when I bought it in 2009.
