Oh hey you, it’s been a while! 😊 ouch - I’m sorry that happened to you 🙁 that’s rough. I don’t want to assume anything about your personal situation so I’ll just acknowledge that rejections suck and that I know what it’s like to have certain comments stick with you. obviously people are allowed to create boundaries for themselves when it comes to any kind of relationship. we all have deal breakers but there are ways of communicating this more respectfully and having a mutual discussion rather than immediately jumping to threats - that is unproductive and just generally not very nice, for want of a better word! I hope the rejection in this instance allows you to move on to something/someone better aligned with you (if that is what you want.) truly hope you are doing ok ❤️

Don't say it if you don't mean it! I respect that what you say is what you mean, rather than misinterpreting or thinking you DON'T mean what you say. I find passive aggressiveness particularly difficult to deal with…like WHAT DO YOU MEAN? JUST SAY IT 😂 (I mean I’m sure I’ve been guilty of this in the past too but I do try harder to be direct now haha). Dance could be about somatic release too - getting rid of stagnant energy that's blocking you from living your best life. That's what came up for me anyway. I am becoming an EFT practitioner, so that modality came to mind (since you're shifting energy).
