It's so nice seeing any theme because it's always secretly a diss at Pimpnite. On the other hand, your comment reminds me that it's hilariously out-of-touch seeing all these comments implying that doing a Pride team makes Weedle either a) a shill, b) a zealous activist, or c) someone "bringing a politically charged adult topic into a children's content channel". About 80% of the memes on this channel are queer internet/culture memes, Weedle has joked many times about openly feeling/identifying as a gender non-conforming man/non-binary person, and the idea that making gay jokes or celebrating queer culture is inappropriate in a pokemon video is bad bait that needs not be argued. There are gay/gender-non-conforming jokes in the original children's show (see: James' tits). Pride as a concept is rooted firmly in the belief that being gay isn't anti-family. All families have gay people. Interestingly, not all families have Christians...part of the reason your sarcastic comparison isn't that funny. And finally taking issue with "gay themes" or gender themes in fan-media is unapologetically homophobic, whether you're gay or political or not. The pokemon company itself has taken inspiration for pokemon from everything from real world myths to recently dead celebrities and subcultures. To make fun of someone who has never hidden their queerness on this channel, for celebrating Pride by doing a theme team, but for not celebrating Christ or some other religion, is not very intelligent or funny at best, and incredibly entitled at worst.

Trust me bro I’ve labbed them on showdown before and none of the combos are really that consistent and I found standard teams to be much stronger
