Main ingredient of chanachur is chickpea flour. Other names of chickpea flour, namely gram flour or beson flour. The rest ingredients normally also printed on chanachur packet. In Bangladesh chanachur is a very popular snack for young children as well as older people.

Chanachur comes in several flavors. You should've served them with: 1. Bombay Sweets Jhal 2. Bombay Sweets Dalmuth 3. Ruchi Bar-B-Que 4. Some other brand. The first three I've mentioned has very very different taste and aftertaste. So..
