Hello my sweethearts!! 💜 Another video I made before flying out to California. This trip has been incredible and it's almost coming to a close. A few more days to go before travelling back to beautiful England. I write this message from Venice, Los Angeles almost near the Beach. It feels good to be here and I miss being by the Sea so much! If you get the time, you should check out The Last Bookstore, which is about the coolest bookstore in the country. The horror section is in the vault left from when the building was a bank. Glad you had a good trip!

You have truly transformed my life. As someone with PTSD, your videos have helped me overcome so many much - including chronic insomnia. Are you aware of EMDR? At times you seem to employ some of the techniques of directing the eyes left to right, which is used to aid trauma survivors. This video is my favorite & I’ve followed you a long time. The spray bottle sound is incredible. Thank you for being a big part of my healing journey.

I swear, the videos of having your makeup done are the absolute best. Kind of like having someone brush your hair. My great grandma used to do that for me when I was a kid. I loved it. Not the same anymore as my hair is short. I NEVER get tingles but makeup videos and a handful of others definitely help me to relax.
