How does this only have 283 views? So much waste of time stuff on RU-vid will have a million in a day! This was well worth my time. I am going to apply what I learned. Something that resonated with me was the quieting the noise. I've been quieting the noise in my food life since January and have lost almost fifty pounds (so far) as an almost 50 year old female. Simplifying my choices, becoming a vegan and using Dr. Greger's daily dozen app have changed my life. . . and now adding mental quietness will help me get more done than just fix my health. I've been vlogging my journey on my channel Second Act. LIfe does not end at fifty; it is just beginning!

Feeling overwhelmed, chaos in overdrive, brain on overdrive- circling on all what I NEED to do, resulting in getting none of those needed things done. Feeling defeated (yet again), silently crying out to the Divine for help! Picked up my phone, scrolled down my notifications and this video was on the very top, having a heavenly glow to it lol Feeling loved beyond words right now. Totally amazed how quickly my Ask and it's Given was delivered 🌠💫💌💖 Thank YOU for this! Truly 🗝🍼🍯🎯🎈

It's amazing how our prayers can be answered so quickly when we only ask for help. So cool to hear Susan, now breathe deep, and just take one small magical step, followed by the next.
