Hi David good afternoon! how are you today? I would like to clarify that our clinic, RegenaMex in Puerto Vallarta, does not currently offer treatment for Stargardt disease. This is because our primary focus is on providing regenerative therapies for conditions where we have established protocols and proven outcomes, such as orthopedic and neurological conditions. Unfortunately Stem cell therapy is an area of active research for a variety of retinal diseases, including Stargardt disease. The idea behind using stem cells is to replace damaged or dysfunctional retinal cells with healthy ones, potentially restoring vision. However, the use of stem cells for Stargardt disease is still at an experimental stage, and more research is needed to validate its safety and effectiveness. Clinical trials are ongoing to explore the potential of stem cell therapy as a treatment option for Stargardt disease and other retinal conditions in the future.
@@David-mw6kz no problem David . The Stem cells do very well to control the inflammation in your kidney helping Holt disease progression. The fundamentals may be sound for using Stem Cells for your treatment. We just haven’t treated it specifically and there’s not a lot of research for it specifically.
