My husband is in Adelaide this weekend for his fathers funeral (sadly I couldn't go) my youngest isn't well and she can't fly or anything. I get clothes from vinted too, and charity shops. Can always find loads of stuff I like compared to buying new xxx

I've started a declutter but for me my mind has to be in one of those moods where I willing to get rid of everything 🙃 and the sunshine 🌞 definitely helps with that mood loved watching xx

I've never been to the tip but yes they do have separate bays my son told me, having been about a week ago as he chose to clean out one of our sheds after our neighbour saw a rat go in, he did see signs one was living in there but he didn't see it. But he took 2 loads to the tip. Xx

I just had a thought about clothes as you were talking about your dress and how much you love it, I'm so pleased you didn't throw it away because that's something you really like and just like Maria Kondo says, if it sparks joy, keep it..... I think we should all keep a favourite outfit, even if we don't wear it out, wear it at home for dinner with your family or friends, or by yourself in front of the telly. another thing I've actually been meaning to do and that is to display items, I have two special t-shirts from when my son was 5 & 11 and lovely memories associated with those times and I shall putting them inside a frame. Curious to see how others keep sentimental things? I wonder if we could start a trend of wearing something we love, even if it's not fashionable but something we love, as a little treat to ourselves?

Fab job were same he went to the tip last week last minute i was fuming as i could have had good declutter so i did one all week for today only thing is were only alound 52 tip runs and having renovated the house due to bad flood wtc and everything had to go bed wardrobes sofas etc we cant remember how many runs we have left and were only in march and have rest of the year we do have works van so could have done more instead of little car which has took more runs but now u need work permit and hes boases address is a different council to ours it changes everytime we go 😂❤

Wear the dress!!! You can dress it down with pumps-that way you won’t need a special occasion to wear it!!
