But it starts with believing it than understanding it and putting it in practice. U can put your energy on getting financially better but the goal in life is attaining happiness and spreading love and compassion. But whatever YOU wanna believe in is becomes your reality. I like your attitude :) My grandma lived to 101, my great grandpa to 105, and his wife, my great grandma 99. They were all lucid, wise, loving, respected, and beloved to their last days. Yes, by comparison you are definitely young! I applaud you for sharing here that you are feeding your interesting mind every day, and for inspiring me to do the same
After listening to Dr Joe's audio books and practising his method of meditation I have had a number of very cool experiences. I manifested a number of circumstances that have had a massive impact on my life. Thanks for the interview!
Yesterday, I had this great experience. I was in the worst moment of my life and instead of fear. I felt calm and love. I am stronger and have true courage.
Dr. Joe changed my life a year and a half ago. I continue to do the work every single day because I can't imagine ever going back to the old way of feeling and being. Thank-you Michael for being so knowledgeable and conducting a show that flowed and was coherent. And thank all of you, that are doing the work and helping to raise the vibration on this planet. The time for war is over, let's send out heart energy so strong that it shatters the dystopian system with love and respect for the oneness of us all.

The idea is to control what you're thinking by becoming aware of your thoughts, and change each dark, negative thought consciously, to a good one. Start your day by asking, "Who can I forgive today? Who can I love? Who can I help?" So simple and assists in training the mind to feel selfless joy. Hope that helped a bit 👍🏻

Also dont think selfish lustful thoughts towards your married friends because you could be hurting their relationships.

Michael is a GOOD interviewer - knowing when to listen to allow the guest to stay on track & expand the thought/info & when to ask questions that seem to reinforce the main points of the guest. (I'm a 1st timer today.) Great info as Dr Joe will go down in history as one who helped humanity "change consciousnesses."
Michael you always inspire and Dr Joe D sure did in this segment too! My life has gone through some amazing changes and as I look back on what made it all happen, so much of what Joe talks about here came through. I have been following his work for about a year now and practicing his concepts. AMAZING IS ALL I CAN SAY! I spent a great amount of time working through my emotions through life thinking that was the be all end all for being happy! Wow! That was the tip of the iceberg! I have continued my journey onward and upward and am with Inspire Nation and people like Joe Dispenza creating and generating for some time now. It is one amazing ride after another. I was a great analyzer to problem solve and learned that isn't needed as much as I thought. For one, it is so time consuming. It is great for the intellect part of life but for moving forward it is S L O W... There are better ways so well covered here. Thank you!

Inspire Nation Well i am a Christian and very spiritual. Everything he says is basically about getting connected to a life source which is God( he just doesn’t use the bible scriptures to explain, which is PERFECT since not everyone shares the same religious beliefs)finding meaning in life through meditation and disconnection from the physical. Our energy and essence is from within, we really are all spirit beings ,a very different realm we can reach only by deliberately quieting everything going on around us. And once you reach and connect to the mind and spirit , thats where freedom begins, living life becomes enjoyable and you dont even bother anymore about material things. that there is joy. The part he talked about “quantum universe”or so struck a chord. when you strip yourself of everything and decide to live in the future you desire, in that world, you attract those who would help you achieve those things, this cannot be explained physically until you operate in that realm. The world is filled with so many distractions constantly feeding us, we just need to sit still and connect back to ourselves
This is the best work I've ever had the honor to discover. Dr. Joe brings it home. I am so thankful for his personal choices that are uplifting our entire planet. I'm telling everybody about his information and guidance to a higher path for humans, which is what it will take to heal this planet.
I'm watching and listening daily to Joe Dispenza and others and my mind is constantly being blown to the possibilities. I would recommend everyone turn their attention to these great minds. However I also want to give thanks to you Michael. It's characters like you that enable the information to be put out there and you do it in such a lovely open warm and beautiful way. The more I listened the more I related the mass 'waking up' of the participants in the work shop to an church service of sorts. When you think about it, in the church service the collective congregation has all energy focused and tuned together...then in an penecostal environment, people will start to have an out of body experience. The combined energy is much like wht Dr. Joe describes. I left the organized religion scene years ago myself and entered in to an enlightened 'awake' state. This is good stuff!!! So happy I ran across Dr. Joe's work.

I always question myself these days during meditation, how far can I go? How deep can I possibly feel? I want to be expanded and opened as I can possibly be and baam.. Those heighten emotions will hit me all over my body. There's a tingling sensation all over me and my tears would keep flowing. It's so addictive and it would last me days feeling on cloud 9. I know what he is talking about. The feeling is beyond words. You couldn't put a thought on it. If majority of people would only have the information on this, it would really change the world. Now I've been training myself these days to not react negatively to what I used to view as negative. I am learning to unlearn what I deemed 'cruel' in this world.
Same here brother. I’ve been working on the same thing in not reacting/ judging what I deemed evil or destructive and try to understand why and where that energy is coming from and show the world that love and compassion would stop the cycle of suffering

thanks ever so much Dr Jo you explained so well of what I have been experiencing, I went through life experiences with lost the beloved one, critical illness, no family around, no support, but, I have been in peace, in joy, in contentment in all those hardest times, because I always look deep inside and I do 2 hours meditation every day for over 10 years, now only takes me 3 long breath to get into the quantum field where I have no concept of I , you, or any conditional thoughts, I watch my thoughts come and go, and aware vivid of surroundings yet there is nothing truly exist as when I see it with my eyes, that is where I see truth of the existing of world, where no emotions but waves , no pains from my body though medically I am a patient, no fear of any sorts...it is such a great place to be: without the true nature of ourselves. Thank you again to put this video, assured me of what I have been doing and will continue... I wish everyone listens to you gets to that stage and experience greater self love, be there, create a life they desire for...
My dad has Parkinsons & my mom cancer...I wish I could vibrate strong enough & consistently enough to help them heal permanently however I know free will to think & feel on their part determines their ultimate health & well being.
