I enjoyed the video I Decorate for Winter by taking down the red and green and Santa themed things and ornaments. Then I leave blue and white things, snowmen and some silver. Then I replace the ornaments I’ve removed with paper hand cut snowflakes. I keep the tree up until it drops needles. I add birds cardinals and chickadees

in Texas it's mild, we've had lows in the 30's and highs in the 50's & 60's. I miss the snow as I grew up having it. I decorate for Christmas/Winter with a wintry theme so I leave it up through January and sometimes into February. Your house is pretty.

You decorate so beautifully! Your home is gorgeous!! I live in Northern Michigan and it's 2° right now and snowing. We got over a foot of snow this past weekend. It's windy and pretty miserable out right now. It has been for 6 days so far and going to be all week. But, it makes me appreciate my cozy warm home all the more! I decorate for winter just like you. Our styles are very similar. I absolutely love how my home turned out this year. My husband and I are empty nesters now and we are really enjoying our cozy home every evening when we get home from work. Thanks you for sharing your home and life with us. You are so sweet. Yes, I started my winter decorating on 12/26…I’m doing lots of greens, blacks and touches of brown and creams. Woods as well and I kept my slim flocked tree up with no decorations on it..I stopped chopping my pillows, now the look is a more relaxed used room ☃️❄️⛄️

It’s warm-ish but dreary in Alabama today. My mother was from Canada but I have not been there, it’s on my bucket list! Love the videos!

Hi Rebekah, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas season. You are on the ball already transitioning into winter decor and it all is looking so beautiful! I also love lanterns and have several it gives me such a soothing feeling and I love twinkle lights. Here in the south, we celebrate Mardi Gras, so I transition right into decorating for that along with Valentine decor. We can go from 30s to 80s all in one day here so I have never decorated for winter at my home, but it is always fun to see others who really get to celebrate that particular season decorate for it and I'm sure living in Canada really allows you to embrace the season. I use a lot of snowmen for winter. I also use greenery and pinecones. I have an antique sled, ice skates and snowshoes that I bring out for winter. We live in Virginia in the US. Our weather has been very cold for the last 2 weeks or so. We have about 4 inches of snow at the moment. We are supposed to get a few more inches in the next day or two.

Hello Rebekah, I cannot even imagine having weather below 30°F. I live in Sunny California. Absolutely love California I am a native Californian. but we do get our cold winters too. But you would probably laugh if I told you it had been a low of 42° to 48° the some nights. And that was very chilly for us. I love your winter decor. You’re the first person that I watched completely decorating in winter. I have always skipped to spring. You do such a beautiful job. Enjoy a Happy New Year 2024!🎉

Hi Rebekah! I’ve been subscribed to your channel for a year now, and have to tell you how much I love how you present your videos each and every season! So tasteful and inspiring! Also love your background music! Holstein melts my heart! I live in Delaware, Ohio near Columbus, but I’m originally from Regina, Saskatchewan! My parents have both passed, miss them so much! Our youngest son joined the Canadian Army 6 years ago, and is based in Petawawa, Ontario! He deployed to Poland in September. I find that watching you up there in Canada gives me such comfort, especially this year. Not having our son with us for the holidays for the first time ever made me so sad. Thank you for all you do and say to give us peace and solace! You are a “sweet friend”! Sorry for this long message! ❤

Lovely comfortable home. One suggestion: To paint the backs of your bookcases and/ or maybe frame out the front (or at least top and bottom) with some trim. Although you have lovely things in them they still look bare or like a store display.

Beautifully done as always! I still haven’t taken down my Christmas tree or anything. One of the reasons is that in the winter time all of the twinkly lights really make me feel happy. Of course we’ve already had snow and very cold weather here in South Dakota and I am still definitely in a winter mood. I couldn’t think of what to do but you’ve given me some ideas. Hopefully I can find some lanterns and some other winter type things that don’t scream Christmas. Thank you for the inspiration. I hope you have a very happy and healthy new year.

That's cold to me!!!! The snow you showed us was beautiful but makes me cold thinking about it. I still have Christmas up at my house!! My sister is coming next week she lives in Tennessee she wants me to leave it up so she can see. Little Holstein in the pillows is precious!!! And him eating his snacks adorable!!! Hello, Rebekah! I was glad to see this video on your winter decor and yes, I always decorate for winter following removal of the Christmas decor. I continue to use my winter evergreens and frosty foliage, my collection of pine cones, deer 🦌, and tree🌲 figurines (that don’t look Christmassy) and then bring out my snowmen, ⛄️ snowflakes ❄️, and Cardinal birds and a few winter 🐇. I leave these all through January. Around the first of February, I put up the cardinals, deer, and part of the snowmen and add the ❤️ and cupids 💘 for Valentine’s Day. Around the first of March, ALL of the previous decor gets put away and the GR💚💚N comes out! 🍀 🧝🏼☘️👒 Then I put out some spring-type greenery and foliage, too. As soon as St. Patrick’s Day is over, full-on Spring decor and Easter come out. 🐰🌷🐣✝️💐🌱🪻🐥 That is always SO refreshing!

My daughter and I haven't celebrated our Christmas with each other or with family and friends yet because we both got horribly sick just before Christmas! I love your cozy winter home!❄️I also decorate for winter pretty much the same decor that you use with the pinecones and lanterns, which I also have a thing for lol I add little woodland creatures in my decor. I keep out some snowmen as well and snowflakes, I love to switch out my pillows. I also have winter decor on the walls and rugs. It’s very cozy. Winter can be very long. My decor stays up till the last day of February. I only add a couple of things for Valentine’s Day. I have a thing for skates too. My grandparents lived on a lake, so I love the skates you were gifted. They are lovely ⛸️👍⭐️

I love your videos for al seasons and holidays. This winter decor is very pretty. I like to decorate for winter also. I use blue and white and pinecones and pine trees. Also mirrors and clear glass. That way I feel winter is not so dreary. I live in North Carolina and we do not get much snow if any in our area, but I am from Pennsylvania, so I miss a little snow. I know what you mean about getting a few things at Christmas for winter though. Love what you do.

Love how you decorated. Where I live temperatures vary 30 to 60 degrees daily. No snow and very little rain. Winds blow some days up to 60 mph. Tumbleweeds are blowing like crazy. They can get to be 6 feet high. We need moisture so badly. I would love a good snow storm.
