from starting to 2:14 this person making brush that you're finding in illustrator .. you have to create brush and save it.

The triangle shape is for making a brush :)

@Adam Younes why he make ellipse to convert it in triangle ??? Have you get it ? You smart guy can use triangle shape to make this BRUSH.

Thanks for comment. This is my Old tutorial. This first Arrow object is a shape of your custom brush. It is very important for drawing that tree. If you feel this tutorial is too fast. Try slow it down. You have settings button on the bottom of every youtube video. You Can watch video in slow Mode :)
