Hello there 🌷
I just received a new tablet from XP-Pen and I'm super excited because it's my first tablet with a screen 💕 I'm pretty sure I'll use it often, it's compact and cheap, this might be a good Christmas gift!
In this video, I will be sharing an unboxing and my personal opinion on this tablet! Also how to install and how I set up my tablet.

Whenever i try to use the stylus on the tablet the screen starts to blink and gets dark, how do I solve this?

I have never encountered the same situation as you, maybe you should contact the place where you bought the tablet and have them check it.

How do you get to drawing screen? I saved all setrings and then what? Your video cut right to drawing but how did you get to that screen?

After completing the installation, next you just need to open the software you usually use to draw and start drawing. There are many drawing software like photoshop, ibispaint, medibang,... In my case, I like to use Clip Studio Paint.

Hello there! yeah, lots of information missing from this video lol. I had to go to Reddit to figure out how my programs weren't showing on my tablet screen! I'm on desktop PC, Microsoft. Right click on your "home screen" if you will. where all your icons are. Go to Display Settings. You want to duplicate or "mirror" your screens. The resolution may go smaller on your computer screen once you do this. No problem, scroll down and change the resolution to whatever is best for your eyes. I know your comment is a month old but..maybe this will be helpful.

Can anyone help me?I have the exact same graphic tablet,but my colors are different from what I see on my laptop,that’s a big problem,because the colors are so bright,but on my laptop they look so gray and sad,I just want the color level on my tablet to be the same like my laptop top so I can choose the right not gray colors!!

Its possible your laptops colors are just desaturated, check your settings

Mine is artist 12 pen display 2nd gen too but not lpp edition, should I pick artist 12 pen display 2nd gen le petit prince edition, or artist 12 2nd gen (without pen display word in it)? Also I'm confused about the wires, should I just plug in the 3 in 1 wires only or I need to use the other wires?

Hi! I was confused about that too! Its better if you use the 3 in 1 if your tablet doesn’t turn on try to connect it in the other plug of your tablet

im having a problem where everything works except for the display ive tried everything i could find in the last 3 or 4 hours, and it just keeps saying no signal, but i can still use it, just without the screen basically. extremely frustrating. ive tried using the usb c to usb c cable you can buy separately, and the default 3 in 1 cable, and its the same no matter how i go about it. ive also tried downloading different versions of the same driver, and nothings changed. no idea what to do next and its very frustrating

@@geraldinelamparas3731 yeah i managed to, it was me being an idiot and using the motherboard to plug in stuff when it was supposed to go to the graphics card, now i need a second display port cable so i can use both monitors with the tablet. when i use it right now, i can only have one monitor on which is wack but at least theres a reason thats not difficult to understand

Attach black USB and HDMI to your computer. For laptops: Attach the red USB cable to USB extension cable, then plug that into a USB power adapter in the wall.

No, but you can look at the other XP-Pen products that are compatible with the android advices. Mostly in the Pen tablets section

I'm minutes away from throwing my new xp pen pro 14 2nd gen out the window. Can't get pen to work correctly, or even set the thing up. It was easier drawing on my tablet with Infinite Painter. If anyone wants this thing it's yours..or going out the window. Dead Serious

I think you should contact XP-Pen support team. I also had a problem when I first received it, the screen kept showing "No signal" and was completely black. They provided support and guidance so I could connect them. I just hope that you won't waste your money, I completely understand the feeling when you buy something with hope but can't use it.
