I'm honestly quite happy with the cap on the main story/villagers, while still having access to all the seasons, because to me that will make the game's progress/pacing feel realistic. One thing I dislike about life sim/farm sim games is that I get so into them that I inadvertently speedrun my character's life, however with mistria being early access it means I won't end up marrying a villager and saving the town before the first year is up. For some this might be a downside as they want to get with their favourite as fast as possible, but I'm looking forward to a slower pace.
Then early access will be so perfect for you!! 🥰🩷 Either way they do have plenty of content in this first release 🤗 Tbh I usually wait to marry until last so I don’t think it will be a bother to me- but def could be for some others! 🩷 Great thoughts!!
I think it will feel a lot better once they include a stable and horse for us. But, the problem right now is that we don't have other options so we move through menus fast to save on milliseconds. But navigating through menus too fast can cause the game to freeze, so I hope they fix that bug soon. I lost progress while almost finishing floor 29.
I'm just glad to see they added item descriptions when you hover over them. I played the demo a while back and because of the ridiculously tiny little pixels I couldn't even tell what items were what. The quests didn't tell you either, just showed you a pic of that tiny little 5 square pixel item and said to get 5 of this. It put me off so much because I was squinting like an idiot trying to figure out what this item was LOL

Oooo this was a gooood one! Thank you for making videos like this Min! Especially for this game because I get so lost with new games and sometimes burn out bc I'm not sure how to get started! I'm especially appreciative bc I can rewatch your tip videos bc ADHD Mama always tends to miss things! I played the first week and I gotta say I LOVE the art style (i wasnt so sure at first) bc like you i love pastels too! Also I love how beginner friendly it is and my most fav thing is how fast your character moves! Like I ain't got the time or patience for strolling thru the park! I got stuff to do! And this so far has not disappointed! I agree about the inventory though. That's the only con I gots! Lots of lovies! BBS 🍓🐮

Another amazing video min! Loved that you gave a spoiler free overview, it can be hard when you’re so excited and want to talk about it all the time! ☺️The price of the game is a *steal* for the amount of content you’re getting! I’m so excited to play this after therapy!! (Maybe I can sneak a small amount of time in before too 😉) I feel like this is going to be like Ova Magica for me 🤣 playing nonstop until 40+. I didn’t get to play the demo, but oh my gosh there’s still tons of stuff in the game!! I love almost everything you mentioned, so many amazing additions (though the tool radial is a bit disappointing) I’m so excited for tomorrow!! ☺️
Thanks Rey 🌷🩷 The positives deeply outweigh the negatives. The biggest negative is that we will burn thru the content so fast because the game is sooo good! I think NPC studio has their work cut out for them! Wishing them SO much success!!! I’m so excited for you to play!!

I mean this with so much love and respect for the makers of this game, and to you and the time you took to record this helpful and informative video. You made so many good points, and I agree with a lot of what you said. I honestly think this game is... overhyped. The map needs labels, as do the townsfolk heads that lay over it. The inventory management is rough, even though you can buy a bag for $1k for five additional spots, and a second bag upgrade once the shop is updated for $2k... its still really really annoying to keep running back and forth to your house (I know you can drop items, which is cool, but I'm OCD lol I cant handle it). My biggest gripe, the fact you can't elongate the day. Each day feels like 10-12 IRL minutes at most, making runs to the mines or even decorating/crafting feeling extremely rushed and breaking the fun times I put aside to do this side activity. I felt that after about 8-10 hours of gameplay, I was feeling rushed and cramped and honestly this wouldn't be an issue if the story felt compelling to ride out these little bumps (minimal conflict, minimal resolution = minimal motivation to keep playing, for me personally). I would say this feels much more aligned to HM more than SDV. Am I excited for what they've made so far? Totally. Will I look at purchasing a full release? Totally. Do I want to play this early release more? No way. If you really want an immersive and fun, fresh and deep progression in a new farming sim game, I highly recommend Sun Haven. Again sending lots of love, ty again for this upload! But yes, I had really high expectations and felt very disappointed after sinking hours into this.
@@mintendogaming The good news is that with all this early hype, hopefully this gives their team a proof point to invest more into updates etc so ya know what -- the hype is GOOD! I walk back my negative sentiment, I see this as a positive now haha :)
Amazing video, Min 💕 I have been on the lookout for this game since I heard about it! I’m so happy EA is finally here! I loved how you perfectly summarized each component without spoiling it for everyone. You did that so incredibly well and made me even more excited to check this out myself. 🍓🐮
It’s a classic farming sim feel- similar to how Stardew feels. Some differences: -More relaxed fishing mechanic -Diving -Bug Catching -Way more interesting NPCs -more community focused -unique festivals -Growing the town rank is important -Magic and spells -Breeding animals to get different color variants -a lot more customization for ur character and crafting/decorations without needing mods and probably more that I’ve not experienced just yet!

I've never played an early access game before. Will I need to buy the game again when it comes out? And will my progress carry over to the full game or will my save be incompatible with the full game? Heard that happened with Hades 2 so I'm a little concerned
Nope! You buy it once and that’s it! You’ll just need to update the game each time there’s patches/updates/new content and when it releases at 1.0! I’m not sure about progress carrying into the full game- sometimes you have to start over like with Coral Island. I’ll let you know if I hear anything!!
It’ll be in early access development on steam for atleast a year maybe more. By then a new Nintendo console could be announced. i am sure they’d love to get it to consoles when they can- but Early Access games are usually just on steam until they have a full 1.0 release.
I might sit this one out not because I think its a bad game it just doesnt speak to me as much as others do. Or it simply speaks to you more than to me, well same, same. ^_^
