I got mine last week aghhhh love her, and she is my only 17" of Snow White lovely lovely plus she is my mom's favorite princess its a win win

Hi, I loved your review regarding this doll. I just received my Snow White in the mail today from Disney Australia website. 😊 I have a question though, maybe you might know. Do you know if the quality control gets less the higher the number of the doll is? The reason I'm asking is my doll is in the high 6000's and when I opened the front cover, the back of her hair was sticking up and the jewel on her chest piece has been stuck on crooked (like really badly). It is as if whoever put her in the box just slammed her in, pinned her down and didn't bother checking any defects and shipped her off. This is my very first 17" LE, I love her to bits and I'm not returning her, but I am disappointed with the quality, because as you and everyone knows, these dolls are not cheap. The website says that with issues, I can only send them an email with images and description. There isn't even a number I can ring on the website just to let Disney staff know (if they even care) about the quality of this doll. So yeah, I'm just wondering if you by chance know if the higher the number the less quality they become?

I got a similar hole in the back of my Delilah Fields doll. You can get something called Fray Check to apply sparingly to the hole and prevent further fraying or tearing.
