Story 9- yes you are. She missed many memories due to him being gone for almost her whole life. The mom said she was even mad for her just connecting with her dad. But that’s her parent as well so why are you trying to take that away? As a someone whose parents are divorced, it’s so hard to have to choose between your parents when you want to spend time with the other so to give her an ultimatum like that is incredibly cruel and selfish. It kinda sounds like jealousy. Let her spent time with her dad as you are healthy while the dad is sick and might not have a lot of time left. It’s only a couple hours why is it such a big deal?

Story 25, definitely not the asshole but in the beginning with the “it’s not that hard to say they/them” I definitely do not agree with the parents but I am non binary and have been for some time, I’ve allowed my fam to use my old pronouns and name because since they had been called me by my dead name and using she/her for me for so long, it was very difficult for them to just switch. They really try there best to use my pronouns and pretty much only my siblings call me by my dead name now but even my parents still mess up with the pronouns.
