I'm new to Junk journaling / Art journaling. Documenting my progress here so I can look back to see how far I've come. Sharing with you the tips, ideas & mini junk journal activities that I've discovered so that you can do it at HOME without expensive tools & supplies. At @onbeingwhole I share how to CREATE SPACE to Junk Journal / Art journal for selfcare, unplugging & mental health. I will share how it can be part of your everyday routine even though we ALL lead very busy lives. It does not need to be complicated.

I really enjoyed all of the details and seeing others just use “stuff” ..teaching others you don’t have to have all of the fancies, just our daily toss away items…. Just have fun…enjoy the process!

Other great place for freebies or cheap items are garage sales or library book day sales and especially op shops or even estates sales, and I sometimes find old postcards from Societies that have Ephemera Sales. There is one here in Sydney, it may not be convenient for others interstate or overseas, but there must be something similar where you are.

Must look into Societies. Thank you for the tip. I love op shops and libraries. But atm thanks to you, I am fairly stocked up. Need to use them up before buying more!!!

Very good points. You can use just about anything in a junk journal that's small enough including dimensional items on covers, or as pockets/ cases on the interior. So much available around us to already use. A great showing here. Thanks for posting.

Hi, love your ideas and it doesnt have to be an expensive hobby. Thre is FREE STUFF everywhere :) I use some the things you have and they are great. Keep enjoyirng this fun craft 😆

Your channel is very unique and I am drawn to your JJ style. I don't really care for the romantic/Victorian look. I haven't bought much ephemera--I've collected a lot over the years and that was one of the reasons I wanted to start JJ.
