You have been on my heart for a few days. I am so sorry your dear dad is dealing with all of this. I've been where you are right now and I am praying for you. My dear, little mother was in rehab for awhile and I was on speed dial, too. Bless your heart for being there. You will never regret the care you've given your dad. I'm praying that God will hold you close and give you strength for every day!

I’m sorry to hear that Amber. It’s always stressful to deal with our elderly parents. Your kids sound so thoughtful and it was just what you needed. Sending you positive thoughts and hugs.

Amber, my prayers are with you. My mom was having what we thought was sciatica. Turns out it was cancer.primary was lung cancer and it had spread to her bones. She was finally diagnosed this last April and then passed in July. We didn’t even have time to treat her properly because we couldn’t figure out what was going on and my dad was so upset. She was 80. Boy do I miss her and wish I had a do over. It all happened so fast! Praying for you
