The Florence Pugh movie reminds me of the tv show Severance on Apple. Also, Silent Companions is the best spooky story, I love it! Not sure how I will feel about the next Knives Out movie…I was so excited for it but I guess it won’t have the same vibe (the house) as the first, which is what I really loved about it. Oh, and Wayward Pines, the tv show is really good too!

I LOVED These Fleeting Shadows!! Omg it was super unique and very creepy! Also The Midnight Club comes out October 7th on Netflix and it’s Mike Flanagan’s adaptation of Christopher Pike books from the 90’s. If you’re a 90’s gal like me it should be very reminiscent of Are You Afraid of the Dark! ❤😊

So many great books! I have most on order and own some.. I have to reccomend a middle grade book that came out in June and has become my favorite of all time. This book is called The Clackity by Lora Senf. A young girl who is living with her aunt who is a paranormal expert is thrust into a world of ghosts and witches and monsters, after her aunt suddenly vanishes in an old barn one day. She sets off in this world to find her and is followed by a tall shadow like man named " The Clackity" whom chases her through a series of houses that pop up ,each one with spooky tasks she must complete to get to the next house and save her aunt. Im telling you i read it in a day and cannot wait for a second book!! One of my most favorite middle grade books is called The thief of always by Clive barker and it also features a child lost in a town but where each day is Summer and night turns to Halloween and ends with Christmas but it also is a fable and teaches a lesson as does The Clackity!! I hope you will give it a try!
