I was a rather feral child and spent most of my time barefoot in the woods...however I also LOVED - My Little Pony (I still have one of the original Spinkles though I cut of the tail and mane), Shera, Rainbow Bright, Jem, Care Bears! I'm loving this theme of old school characters, my childhood was the best time of my life and the 80's gives me good happy vibes. She is so cute and that Rainbow Bright doll "Chef's Kiss!"
100% with you! Those were some of my favs as well. A few years ago my daughter and I even cosplayed as She-Ra and Evil-Lyn for WonderCon. I feel like 80s art, music, movies and fashion need to make a resurgence. I can use some of those feel good vibes.

I loved the Strawberry Shortcake smell, too. Fast forward to adulthood circa early 2000s, I bought my girls a SS tv, and it had the SS smell. I think I was more excited than they were 😂.

This was amazing! I used to watch this show as a kid when we went to video rental shop...only had three of them but they were fun! (I'm a 90's kid, so the videos were hard to find to own) Hope you do Lemon's animal friend as well.

I completely forgot about Rock N Wrestling! I definitely want to do more Jem but I need to find a doll base that works better, I wasn't 100% happy with how they translated to the MH dolls
Lemon Meringue looks Lemony Gorgeous especially however she's missing her pet frog and a basket of lemons. I love the drinks, pie and blanket they would look perfect for my miniself biggest garden project. @@LadyDynamiteCreates Ok, as for the frosting a quick dry drywall compound, where can I find those? & did you paint the pie yellow & the pie crust brown? Last question of the day will she have a basket of Lemons & have her pet frog?
@@brianahawkins8124 The drywall joint compound came from Home Depot but plaster of paris might work too if you can't find small containers of the joint compound. I had to buy gallons to refinish a wall so I had it lying around. I painted the pie to have yellow filling, brown crust, and silver pan. She is all done and reserved for her buyer so I have no plans for more accessories.

@@LadyDynamiteCreates I know, people are crazy! There’s a repro SSC doll that came out recently. I think “The Loyal Subjects” makes it. It’s not exactly the same as the original but it’s still pretty cute. 🙂
omg this is awesome. I'm not sure if you heard of it, but there's a series called My lovely lady locks. I always loved the villian known as the Duchess Raven locks who thought lovely locks hair was magical and wanted to cut it off to make magical extensions. I believe. Sadly though when the dolls came out it was all the same face sculpt and they gave her a gentle expression instead of her more vivacious smirk. I strongly recommend the series and if you get a chance check out the dolls too. I'd love to see what you could do with a redesign of the lovelylock characters including the Duchess, maybe give her updated look that hint of evilness instead of what the original was given which was a far cry from the series.
They are on my list! I never cared for the look of the original dolls in that line but adored the little pixietails and I LOVED the artstyle the box and key art was drawn in.
@@LadyDynamiteCreates same I never cared for the dolls that much because it's no doubt the same mold for each doll just with a new face paint, makes me sad because it would of been nice if they had made a special mold for each doll so they had their own personality instead of the same face just different hair, eye and lip color.
