Using a pressure washer that’s at least 2000 psi you can easily do this
You got to purchase a oscillating tip turbo nozzle, not the standard one that you get when you purchase a pressure washer normally
Home Depot sells the pressure washer tips for around $50
But if you want to play vegetation control purchase, a 4200 psi pressure washer with a 5000 psi turbo nozzle
Use this tool to plant trees process, fruit plant seeds ,rototill the ground ..

From this technique last year, I have 2000 fruit trees that are primary apple and pear
Do you want to get your apple seeds in before May if possible it will give you taller tree
You do not want to put your seeds in tiny little dishes they need to be in large pots
Remember that the seed is going to grow on everything so you want to be able to have the area large enough for it to do that without having to keep transplanting it
When trees grow 4 inches tall you have to get soil and do a little dressing sprinkling it through a sifter on your trees when they get 6 inches to 8 inches do the same thing when they get to be a foot to a foot and a half do it again
You will get trees that are almost 4 feet tall
