The gansito is a cupcake of Mexican origin that consists of a vanilla cupcake filled with cream and strawberry jam, has a chocolate coating and is decorated with more chocolate chips. It was created in 1957 by Marinela, the bakery division of the Bimbo bakery. And today I share my recipe for Gansito Flavor Delicia Level cake.
If you want you can make a geese or a giant goose cake, using a rectangular mold so you will have a cake in the shape of a goose but in a giant size.
