You can call it Negiyaki I guess, there's Okonomiyaki & Takoyaki store in my country, that sell Negiyaki on the menu. It's full of spring onion / negi, that's why it's called Negiyaki. I ever tried it and love it tho

네봄님 맛있는 집밥영상 야무지게 해드시는거 잘보고 있어요~^^ 혹시 모르고 사용하시는 걸까봐 조심스럽게 말씀드리고 싶은게 있어요 영상중에 커피를 태우신다고 해주셨는데 커피는 물에 타먹는 음료입니다 ㅎㅎ 타다3「동사」 다량의 액체에 소량의 액체나 가루 따위를 넣어 섞다. 커피를 타다. 우유에 선식을 타서 먹다. 등등 사투리로 사용하시는 걸수도 있는데 혹시 모르고 사용하시고 계시는거면 알려드리려구요 😊 하시는일 준비도 그렇고 부지런하고 밝은 네봄님 응원할게요 👍

Your food isn't burnt. Here in America, that is considered perfect or even undercooked. We like our food to look golden brown, but u guys over in Korea call it burnt 😅
