The Hearts/Aberdeen being bigger than the Scotland job stuff is not the case (IMO). There isn’t much more Clarke could do back in the Scottish league, finished 3rd with Killie. He could maybe win a cup but you aren’t doing anything more than he already done for Killie

I messaged Ewen on twitter about this. I think the Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs managerial jobs are more desirable than the Scotland job. But not necessarily bigger jobs. Mainly because you have games every week and not once or twice every few months. But I’d love Clarke at hearts just to piss Ewen off.

Ewen, if you insist on recommendations, just give us the title and the platform. That's it. No other info is required. If you liked it and recommend it, fabulous, but we want to see it for ourselves without knowing 97% of what happens. Now, as for the Hearts job being bigger than the Scotland job, yer having a laugh mate. It's a big job, a big challenge, but it simply doesn't compare to an international manager position .
