[ Baked Spicy Ramen in Ragu ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍜 2 Packet of Spicy Ramen (Carbonara)
🍜 300g Minced Pork
🍜 1 and half of Tomatoes
🍜 8 Cherry Tomatoes
🍜 1/2 White Onion
🍜 2 Clove of Garlic
🍜 250ml Milk
🍜 80g Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
🍜 20g Parmesan Cheese
🍜 Parsley
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Chop parsley then set aside
2. Then chop white onion, garlic and tomatoes
3. Saute minced pork with vegetable oil
4. Add onions & garlic, saute until the onion turns translucent
5. Add in chopped tomato
6. Add seasoning sauce from ramen, then stir fry for another minute
7. Add in seasoning powder and milk, then mix well
8. Add parmesan cheese to enhance the cheesy and milky taste
9. Cover the lid to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
10. While the sauce is simmering, proceed to cook the ramen
11. Add the ramen into the sauce, mix well, then pour out to an oven proof dishware
12. Tear the mozzarella cheese ball into smaller pieces, then randomly place on top
13. Place the cherry tomatoes randomly on top
14. Pop into a pre-heated oven at 180°C, bake until the cheese melted
15. Garnish with chopped parsley
