Hey guys,
I hope you enjoyed this video of what I eat in a week! I wanted to share 3 things I learned from counting my calories this week using MyFitnessPal app.
1. I may not change what I eat, but how much I do eat. The day I cooked a burger, for instance, I would normally eat the full burger. However, since I knew I was about to go over my limit, I decided to only eat half. I also realized that I needed to add more veggies to my diet (I'm just not there yet haha). I had to keep in mind that calories do not mean a food is more or less nutritious.
2. Some (but not all) of the Korean foods were hard to find in the app so I had to estimate the calories by finding the best option on the app or by researching it. I tried my best to find the closest food option on the app or increased the serving size on the app to make it more realistic.
3. Lastly, I didn't include any exercises that I have done this week. The formula for calories remaining per day should be:
[Calorie Limit] - [Calorie from food] + [Calories burned from exercise].
See you in my next video!
