its not entirely made out of cow blood. and not exactly from blood but from one of components. when its was created it was meant as a sweet treatment for anemic kids. its way cheaper and i heard that iron in that form can be digested and absorbed easier (compared to common supplements)

Don't be decieved. After all it is a medication, not a snack. It's just disguised as a chocolate bar to be more appealing to children who need to eat it, to replenish their iron.

Actually this guy probably meant that this particular particular hematogen bar was made in Ukraine, not in Russia. And he is right - "натур+" is indeed Ukrainian company. He never claimed that hematogen itself is Ukrainian invention. Для русскоговорящих: Фразировка автора видео подразумевала, что это конфета из России, так как купила её в русском магазине. Там в общем-то продаются популярные в России вещи, многие из которых не имеют русское происхождение. В общем-то о том, что гематоген, русское изобретение, никто и не говорил.
