@@sarahben7595 that’s a pretty big assumption... people who are really healthy and eat balanced diets along with exercise can have a cheat day like this and not gain weight or have any major side affects unless they’re lactose intolerant or something 😂
Why eat everything at once though, if i had all that food i just spread it out over two weeks time or something, cant imagion feeling happy after stuffing it all down in one go, your gonna feel horribly bloated and miserable afterwards..
